At Night Queen Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our warranty terms and conditions carefully to understand your coverage.

1. General Warranty Coverage

  • A standard 12-Month Warranty applies to all products unless otherwise specified on the specific product listing on our website.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and materials under normal household use.

2. Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA) If any item shows symptoms of operational failure, is defective, or is broken upon arrival:

  • Buyers must contact our team via email within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Please describe the issues in detail and include clear pictures or videos of the problem.

  • If the item is deemed DOA, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged parts or the entire product, or issue a full/partial refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Warranty Exclusions To maintain a fair service, please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, modification, or negligence after delivery.

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling of fabrics, or minor body indentations on mattresses over time.

  • Subjective judgments on comfort (e.g., a mattress feeling "too hard" or "too soft" is a matter of personal preference and is not deemed a manufacturing defect).

4. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If a product has a major failure or is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Night Queen Furniture will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for the item to be picked up.
