At Night Queen Furniture, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping conditions and estimated delivery times across Australia.
1. Estimated Delivery Times Please note that these are estimated business days and may vary depending on the specific courier service and peak seasons:
Victoria: 2 - 5 Business Days
New South Wales / ACT: 3 - 7 Business Days
South Australia: 3 - 7 Business Days
Queensland: 4 - 10 Business Days
Tasmania: 4 - 10 Business Days
Western Australia: 5 - 12 Business Days
Northern Territory: 6 - 14 Business Days
2. General Shipping Terms
Australia Wide Only: We only ship items within Australia. We cannot deliver to international addresses.
Heavy and Bulky Items: If the purchased item is greater than 25kg, or too large for one person to carry, the buyer must have someone available at the delivery address to help the courier unload the item.
Ground Floor Delivery: Due to OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations, delivery for bulky items can only be made to the ground floor or front door of any address.
Tracking Numbers: Most purchased items will have a tracking number provided via email once dispatched, allowing you to track your item’s transit progress.
Weekend Deliveries: Our Freight and Courier services operate from Monday to Friday only. Weekend deliveries are strictly subject to courier availability and may incur additional costs.
3. Deliveries and Liability
Freight Services: We use professional Standard Freight and Couriers for bulky items (like beds and mattresses), and Australia Post for smaller items.
Safe Transit: While we take the utmost care in packaging and selecting reliable third-party couriers, Night Queen Furniture will assist you in the event of any items being damaged or lost during transit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Please inspect your items upon arrival. If there are any visible signs of damage to the packaging, please note it with the driver and contact our support team within 48 hours.
