• To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Night Queen Furniture’s liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to the replacement of the goods, the repair of the goods, or a full refund.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of products after a successful delivery.
